General overauling of complete operating mechanism assembly of 36V VCBs of various feeders to be done by checking, de-rusting & lubrication mechanism assembly, adjustment on charging motor & rod, adjustment on closing and tripping shaft, adjustment on trip latch, cam and limit sqitch etc. checking, de-rusting and retightening Micro switch, checking of pole shaft erosion of contacts, adjustment of pole shaft to adjust the contact gap, checking of spring charting manually and electrically, tightening of all electrical connections and ON/OFF operations of breaker from local and remote switches.
