Fabrication of CS pipes / fittings and getting rubber lined 80NB to 150NB.\nWork involves: Collection of material from stores, fabrication of Pipes, bends reducers, tees with flanges to suit site conditions. Full Welding (on both sides in case of flange joints ) to be done after taking grooves, root welding, full welding. Preparations of welds and edges by grinding for rubber lining, transporting to rubber lining area (FACT -CD) and back after rubber lining and stacking at the places as instructed by Engineer in-charge. Scrap materials to be moved to scrap yard. Pipe sizes from 80NB to 150NB and Pipe length from 0.5 m to 6 mtrs. Note: 1 inch dia welding is full welding of 1 inch pipe joint.

Replacement / erection of CS rubber lined pipes and other fittings. \nWork involves: Collection of material from stores / plant area and erection with new CS rubber lined pipes and other Fittings as per the instruction of engineer in charge after dismantling the damaged pipe. The damaged pipes fittings has to be removed to scrap yard. Size varies from 80NB to 300NB.
