    Tender For Outsourcing Of Security Services For Nit Delhi , Providing Of Security Services On Outsourced Basis , Gunmen - 03 ( Watch And Ward With Arms ) And Security Guard - 30 ( Civilian / Ex-Servicemen ) ( Watch And Ward Without Arms ) , Note: The Above Rate Should Be Quoted Keeping Following Points In Mind By The Bidder ( S ) :- 1 . Salary Payable Will Be As Per The Minimum Wages Prescribed By Ministry Of Labour And Employment , Office Of Chief Labour Commissioner ( C ) , Goi ( Watch & Ward ) From Time To Time . 2 . Necessary Statutory Compliance I . E . Epf , Esi , Bonus , Relieving Charges Etc . Will Be Made As Prescribed By The Government From Time To Time . 3 . Round The Clock Security Arrangements , Including Saturdays & Sundays And Holidays , To Be Provided At Institute As Per Above Requirement On Shift Basis . 4 . Goods And Service Tax ( Gst ) As Per Prevalent Rules Shall Be Paid By Nit Delhi If Applicable 5 . Number Of Civilian Guard & Ex-Service Personnel To Be Provided By The Bidder , If Awarded The Letter Of Intent ( Loi ) , Should Also Be Mentioned In The Financial Bid Documents .
