The Led Sign Board Is Made Using 147 Sq.Ft. Acp ( Aluminium Composite Panel) Having Acp Sheet Thickness Of 4 Mm Of Blue Colour And The Acp Box Is Fabricated Using 2/1 Inches Box Pipe Of 18 Gauge And The Acrylic Channel Letters Of 132 Sq.Ft. ( 42 Sq.Ft. For Tamil Letters, 28 Sq.Ft. For Hindi Letters, 58 Sq.Ft. For English Letters And 4 Sq.Ft. For Indian Railways Logo) Having Text Size Of 6/9 Inches For Tri-Lingual Led Sign Board And The Acrylic Colour Of White Having Thickness Of 2 Mm With Gi Base Letters Of 26 Gauge Of 132 Sq.Ft. ( 42 Sq.Ft For Tamil Letters, 28 Sq.Ft. For Hindi Letters, 58 Sq.Ft For English Letters And 4 Sq.Ft. For Indian Railways Logo) And The Sign Board Is Illuminated Using12 Volt, 1.5 Watts Led 3 Smd Modules Of 1320 Nos ( 420 Nos. For Tamil Letters, 280 Nos. For Hindi Letters, 580 Nos. For English Letters And 40 Nos. For Indian Railways Logo. The Led Module Is Ip-67 Protected. The 12 Volt Led Module With Acrylic Letters Is Powered Using 12 Volt Drivers Of 200 Watts- 10 Nos. For 1980 Watts With 152 Metres Of Dc Wiring Of Pvc Insulated Copper Cable Of 20 Swg. The Drivers Will Be Placed In 4 Nos. Of Db Box. For The Erection Of Led Sign Board Is Using 5 Nos. Of 2.5/2.5 Inches 1.6 Gauge Ms Box Pipes As Supporting Pillars And 1.5/1.5 Inches Having Thicknes 6 Mm Of Ms L- Angle Is Fabricated As Runner To Hold The Top And Bottom Of The Led Sign Board With Necessary Foundation And Civil Work.
