The Body Of Water Meters Should Be Made In Brass , Suitably Protected With Frost Protection Devices , Dry Dial Type Indicators , Semi Positive Type-Capable For Installation In Vertical Or Horizontal Position Without Affecting Accuracy At Normal Service Flow Complete And Should Be Able To Withstand Temperature Variation From -5 To 40 Degree Celsius In Exposed Conditions .
