Fabrication and Fixing of Ladder Type MS Cable tray (21-60 cm). The scope of work includes transportation of all necessary items (including free supply items from FACT) to site, The scope of work also includes Fabrication of ladder type cable racks of width: Above 20 cm and upto 60cm using MS angles of size 65x65x6mm/\n50x50x6mm . MS angle cable supports shall be provided as cross bar at intervals of 40cm by proper welding.The scope of work also includes fixing of fabricated MS tray on available structures by welding/using fastners (SS 304 bolt, nut and washers)/ anchor bolts). Support to the cable tray shall be of MS angle (ISA65x65x6mm/ ISA50x50x 6mm) /channel(ISMC100x50) . The work shall include painting of MS cable tray and supports with one coat of epoxy-based primer and two coats of epoxy paint of dark grey colour. Supply of all items other than MS angles and flats required for the completion of work like welding electrodes, fasteners, paint, primer etc are included in the scope of bidder.
