Item Description:- Assisting BCM. [Ballast Cleaning Machine] and other sets of machine slide TTM,DTS,SBC etc\rwhileworkingundertrafficblockwithallpreandposttempingworkincludingworkassociatedwithDCM\rmachines like attention of low track joints, pulling and putting ballast back in track , removal of all infringements,\ron ahead and back of BCM machine, dressing of ballast to proper profile dressing the full width of cess after\rremoving the muck behind the BCM working , reaffixing of reference post (Which were removed prior to machine\rworking) cleaning and cutting jungles, vegetation along cess fixing of broken/fallen/loose fittings etc and including\rsupply of adequate labour along with BCM Machine for smooth operation of BCM during traffic block period on\rdaily basis. The rate includes fixing/shifting of cutter bar of BCM at suitable locations as advised by Engineer in\rcharge provision of ramp at the end of days works removal of cutter bar wherever advised and fixing PSC\rsleepers which are dropped during operation of round of through packing of screened track. This item also\rincludes opening of leve X-ings during work and removal of guard rails at the approaches of bridges,pulling and\rfilling of space between PSC sleepers with ballast from cess which the BCMleaves at the end of the day work.\rNOTE:-1.Allcablesignalingrods,bonds,wireembeddedrailpieces,tiebarsetcshouldbetemporarily\rdisconnected/removed prior to traffic block period for the day to ensure unhindered advance of the cutter bar of\rBCM over a width approximate 4200mm with all cables etc. should be restored after completion of days work.
