Compilation, Printing & Submission of Training record by Agency on Quarterly basis in form on booklet (Spiral Binding) consisting of brief write up for each one day session (including subject covered, date, time duration etc.), four Colored Photos of each one day session, attendance sheet of participants for each one day session, Photocopies of Certificate of all participants, Pre/Post Session Quiz Papers and Duly filled assessment format.
