Description:- Tender for provision of Multi purpose stall (GMPS)at Katpadi Railway station of 'A' category (location-\rPF-4/5,Towards Vellore side in between OHE mast-KPD/1009 and KPD/2023)\" category-General\" for a period of 5\ryears.The amount quoted above is an Minimum license fee per annum which is exclusive of GST. Thelicense fee\rshall be the same for the first three (3) years of the contract and shall be enhanced by10% for each of the remaining\r2 years. (Example: Annual License Fee Rs.x foryear 1 to 3. For 4thyear, it shall be Rs.X + 10% of Rs.X = Rs.1.1\rtimes of Rs.X; and for the5th year, it shall be 1.21 timeof Rs.X)
