Dismantling Of Pump Set With The M.S Base Frame By Cutting Rusted Nut Bolts Of Base Frame And Take Out The Pump And Motor And Placing The Safe Place At Ground Level As Per Site Requirement With The Help Of Chain Pulley Block. 2 Removal Of Malba From Pump House To Suitable Place With The Help Of Manual Labour Etc. As Required. 3 Recasting Of Cc Foundation1:2:4 Cement Concrete And Providing New Foundation Bolts, Nut, Washer Etc. 4 Repair / Replacement Of Ms Base Frame After Cutting Of Damaged Ms Channel And Welding The Same Size Channel And Support Welded For Proper Strengthening The Same And Providing Black Paint On Ms Platform As Required Etc. 5 Re Installation Of Pump Base Frame On The Foundation Bolt And Leveling The Same With Spirit Level I / C Filling Of Inner Gap With Cement Concrete And Civil Work As Per Site Requirement. 6 Repair / Replacement Of Ms Jaal On The Sump Of Usman Pur Sps With The Following Work. Fabrication Of Ms Jaal Of Size 3Mtr.X 4.25 Meter Made Of Angle65x65x6mm With 16 Mm Square Bar Welded At A Distance Of 50Mm Canter To Canter With An Opening Door For Stop Down. Ms Jaal Rest On Ms Beam Of Size 6X3 X20mtr Length The Weight Will Be Approx. 950Kg In Complete Jaal. 7 Transportation, Loading And Unloading Of Jaal At Site With The Help Of Tool Tackles With Heavy Manual Labour. 8 Dismantling Of Existing Damaged Jaal With The Help Of Gas Cutter And Heavy Manual Labour. 9 Fixing The Jaal On The Top Of The Sump Including The Cost Of Grouting The Same To The Wall Of The Sump With Civil Work Complete In All Respect With Anti Corrosive Primer And Painting With Black Paint. 10 Testing & Commissioning Of All Equipment On Full Load As Per Satisfaction Of Engineer In Charge At Site.
