Annual Maintenance Contract For Fm 200:-1 Service charges towards Non-Comprehensive Service contract for FM200 Fire Alarm Suppression system at InStem lab complex, which includes the entire setup comprising panels, detectors and anything which comes under the purview of complete setup 2 Supply, Installation and commissioning of Gas Release Switch 3 Providing & fixing Gas release Panel within 2 zone fire detection and 1 zone gas discharge module with binary switch timer for release delay and potential free contact ro relay Gas Release signal Panel 4 Supply, Installation and commissioning of Micro -processor based Alarm Panel (addressable panel of double loop) for required devices capacity, discharge module with minimum 80 character LCD type display & LED indication for all zones, complete with internal sounder alarm/fault indications & standby 24 v lead acid batteries with charger 5 Supply, Installation and commissioning of discharge Nozzles designed to provide the proper flow rate and distribution of gas to total flood a hazard area 6 Supply, Installation and commissioning of HFC-227ea Gas, factory-filled in the Gas Cylinder / from a UL -Listed Gas Filling Station 7 Supply, Installation and commissioning of Electronic Hooter with flashing type multi-Strobe for combined audio - visual alarms 8 Supply, Installation and commissioning of Abort Switch of approved pull-type 9 Supply, Installation and commissioning of Key-operated selector switch between the main Gas Bank and Reserve Gas Banks 10 Supply, Installation and commissioning of addressable Photoelectric/Ionization Smoke detectors complete with LED address switch 11 Supply, Installation and commissioning of Photoelectric cum heat multi criteria type smoke detectors complete with LED address switch 12 Supply, Installation and commissioning of 1.5mm X 2 core Fire Survival Armoured cable, with Copper conductor (600/1000V) having Cross linkable Ethylene Propylene Rubber (EPR) insulation with Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) inner & outer sheath 13 Supply, Installation and commissioning of Manual Pull station 14 Supply, Installation and commissioning of Control module 15 Supply, Installation and commissioning of Isolator module 16 Supply, Installation and commissioning of Relay module 17 Supply, Installation and commissioning of Response indicator
