Supply , Operation And Maintenance Of Mosru (Mobile Oil Spill Recovery Unit)At Barauni Refinery , supply of new mosru to barauni refinery , design , engineering , procurement of materials and bought out components & items , manufacture , assembly at shop , stage wise inspection including inspection by tpia , testing at manufacturers works , packing , supply of mobile oil spill recovery unit including supply of all commissioning spares , special tools and tackles as specified in the specification and documentation as per the enclosed tender standard specifications and other codes and standards attached or referred . ( quote shall include tpi charges , transportation charges up to barauni refinery , vehicle insurnace for one year , temporary registration charges and any other incidental charges ) , supply of mandatory spares required for 2 years operation & maintenance ( please quote the lumsum charges here . breakup for each spare shall be taken separately before award ) , operation & maintenance contract for supplied mosru for the next 4 years , providing manpower ( operator cum driver -1 no . , auto mehanic:- 1 no & helper 1 no . ) for operation and maintenance of mosru at barauni refinery as per tender scope . the maintenance activities involve routine and break down maintenance of mosru . fixed man power charges ( as per highly skilled category - minmum wages published by ministry of labour & employment for bihar ) shall be reimbursed by iocl . wages to manpower shall not be lower than this value . hence this rate is kept non editable . , pradhan mantri jeevan jyoti bhima yogana for the 3 manpower involved in o&m acitivites . this shall be madatorily taken for the manpower working inside refinery . this charges shall be released up on submission of documentary proof . present charges are considered for 4 years . actual charges shall be reimbursed . hence this rate is kept non editable . , pradhan mantri surakha bima yojana for the 3 manpower involved in o&m acitivites . this shall be madatorily taken for the manpower working inside refinery . this charges shall be released up on submission of documentary proof . present charges are considered for 4 years . actual charges shall be reimbursed . hence this rate is kept non editable . , personal protective equipment , uniform for all the 3 labours for the entire contract period to be quoted here . for details such as items , quantity and frequncy please refer tender documents ( a1 . 05 ) , contract profit margin for executing the job as per tender %scope and specification . 15% contractor margin is considered . contractor may increase or decrease or keep it at par at cell i 21 & m 21 . if you keep it as at par , you will get 15 % of manpower cost as contractor profit - the value is indicated at f21 cell . if you increase or decrease the % at i 21 / m21 , the same will get increased or decreased . for example , if you select + excess at i21 and 1% at m21 , the contractor profit will become 16% of the manpower cost
