Renovation Of Ht/Lt Lrs At Old Kilokri Sps . , ( a ) 1 renovation / servicing of 250 hp advance make lrs installed on lt motors ( 2 nos . ) . moving electrode contact . , fixed electrode contact . , support insulators with nut bolt and washer in dmc / smc . , limit switch with roller action for start & run . , emergency stop push button . , ( b ) 6 renovation / servicing of 250 hp advance make lrs installed on 6 . 6 kv motors ( 3 nos . ) . moving electrode contact . , fixed electrode contact . , power contactor for shorting . , auxiliary contact block with 2no+2nc block . , reduction gear box . , push button with 1 no+1nc elements . , atomization / laying of 5 core 1 . 5 sq . mm copper control wire for atomization with breaker . , repairing of leakage of ms tank of lrs by fixing / welding of ms sheet in leakage area of ms tank first then rubber sheet insulation on complete tank to stop leakage & draining of water from tank . , dismantling of existing lrs damage parts , cleaning of starter tank and paint with red oxide inside tank after repair and overhauling of lr starter . replacement of defective / overheated spare parts from starter taping of all i/c aluminum cable joint properly and replacement of thimble if required and proper greasing of movable parts as required . changing of water in lrs mixing of chemical solution for proper resistance restoration , rectification and matching of all control wiring for main motor with necessary connection and testing the same at site on load .
