Work Involves: Transportation Of 1000 Mm And 1200 Mm Rubber Panels From Store . After Removing The Panel Locking Strips , The Damaged Single Main Longer Inner Rubber Panel Shall Be Removed From The Granulator , Without Disturbing The Adjacent Panels . The Required Panel Shall Be Prepared With Bolt Holes Using Hollow Punch To Suit The Site Condition . The Panel Locking Ss Strips Shall Be Fabricated And Replaced , If Required . Final Cleaning Of Shell Shall Be Done , For The Proper Fitment Of The Rubber Panels . The New Rubber Panel Shall Be Fixed Properly In Position And Tighten The Bolts . After Taking Trail Run , All Bolts And Nuts Shall Be Be Tightened Again Perfectly As Per The Instructions Of Engineer-In- Charge . , Replacement Of Complete Main Longer Inner Rubber Panel Of Granulator A Or B At Np Plant .
