Repairing Of Bar Screen And Allied Works At Haiderpuri Sps . , repairing of bar screen at haiderpuri sps . the job includes the following works:controlling of sewage flow with the help of gunny bags placed on both side of the bar screen in the chamber including dewatering with the help of pump . , dismantling of complete damaged structure i e guide channel gear box motor top roof sprocket , shaft scraper rack assembly dead weight and chain etc at a height of 15 feet and 30 feet deep in bar screen chamber with the help of chain pully block gas cutter and manual labour etc as required . , providing fixing of ms guide channel heavy duty as per sample for fixing in the chamber . , providing fixing of comb assembly for the bar screen made out with 150 mm dia heavy duty ms pipe and 10 mm thick ms plate for comb i c providing of bushes on both side of the comb with pin for operating the comb . , providing fixing of lock assembly for comb made out with ci bushes squire bar double roller chain having 1 inch pitch & ms sheet with nuts and bolts etc as required . , providing fixing of ss studs of 25 mm dia with nuts and washer for both sides of the bar screen . , providing fixing of ci coupling set including making of bore as per shaft size and key way . , providing fixing ms shaft between gear box , coupling and sprocket as per sample . , repairing a nd overhauling of gear box including repairing worm gear fixing of new bearing oil seal and providing of gear oil . it also includes varnishing of 5 hp motor and replacement v belts 4 nos as per sample . , repairing of bar screen by replacement of damaged bar in the 30 feet deep sump as per existing size and also replacement of angle iron for strengthening the screen , replacement of reversible switch and also providing the cable from the lt panel board . , providing fixing of flapper for the scraper with nuts and bolts and 4 mm thick ms slope plate for garbage including overhauling the scraper assembly as required . , repairing of main guide roller including machining fixing of bush as required . , providing of ms fabricated chain made out of ms flat bar and en 8 roller and also having 3 inch pitch . , providing and fixing of conveyor belt rollers as per sample missing , repairing of existing conveyor belt rollers , repairing of control panel board for operating the bar screen including replacement of contactor amp . meter volt meter indicating lamp and wiring of the panel as required . , painting the bar screen with 2 coats of enamel painting after the completion of work . , testing and commissioning the complete bar screen after completion of job in all respect including providing all safety equipments during execution of work .
