The system would support automatic data capture on occupation and vacation events.\n(iv) Customer Portal:- The system would include a customer portal for the resident / occupant to log in and view their own energy / billing data.\n(v) Energy Accounting Module :-The system would include features of energy accounting. The system would be able to account for total energy block wise, facility wise and would also allow calculations of unaccounted energy in case total energy meter is also available.\n(vi) Communication Module:- The system would provide communication of energy data and bills via print, email and sms methods.\n(vii) Meter Master Data :-The system would support meter master data repository.
