B ) Cnc Machining Is To Be Done Where Ever Applicable C ) The Drawings Supplied Along With Enquiry Are For Quotation Purposes Only . Final Drawings Will Be Supplied Along With Po , With Minor Modifications , If Any D ) Uniformly Smooth Surface Finish Unless Otherwise Specified . E ) 3D Model ( Iges ) Will Be Supplied For Fabrication Along With Po F ) Vendors Must Prepare A Detailed Work Proposal Including Process Plan For Fabrication Of The Mentioned Items And Submit Along With Their Quotations . G ) The Process Plan Should Describe The Different Fabrication Stages , Procedures And Also The Ndt Inspection Plans For Dpt & Rt Including Shooting Sketch . H ) Without The Pre-Requisites Mentioned In Annexure-2 , Items Will Not Be Accepted I ) Only Vendors Who Can Meet All The Mentioned Requisites And Terms And Conditions Need To Quote . Final drawings will be supplied along with PO, with minor modifications , if any\nd) Uniformly smooth surface finish unless otherwise specified.\ne) 3D Model (IGES) will be supplied for fabrication along with PO\nf) Vendors must prepare a detailed work proposal including process plan for fabrication of the mentioned items and submit along with their quotations.\ng) The process plan should describe the different fabrication stages, procedures and also the NDT inspection plans for DPT & RT including shooting sketch.\nh) Without the pre-requisites mentioned in Annexure-2, items will not be accepted\ni) Only vendors who can meet all the mentioned requisites and terms and conditions need to quote.\nj) LD clause will be strictly applied in case if agreed delivery schedule is over run
5	3	Specific prerequisites for Acceptance of Items : The vendor should provide the following approved documentary evidences along with items A.1 & A.2 for acceptance\n\n1. Raw Material traceability document/COC\n2. Raw material test certificate for chemical composition & mechanical properties from an NABL accredited Lab as per ASTM standards\n3. Welding Procedure Specifications(WPS)\n4. Procedure Qualification Record(PQR)\n5. Welder Performance Qualification (WPQ)\n6. Filler rod material traceability document/COC\n7. Filler rod test report from NABL accredited Lab\n8. Chemical passivation report\n9. Component dimension inspection reports\n10. NDT reports of item no.A.1 & A.2 as per the following requirements:\n\n
6	3.01	a) DPT to be conducted at an NABL accredited testing facility as per the approved DPT Plan provided and certified test report is to be provided to CDAC\nb) Radiography Test (RT) is to be conducted as applicable during fabrication stage at an NABL accredited LAB and test reports to be provided\nc) DPT & RT procedure to be mentioned in the report (required to refer the standard followed)\nd) Acceptance standards for DPT & RT to be mentioned in the report (required to refer the standard acceptance criteria)\ne) Should clearly mention in the report, whether the items are ACCEPTABLE / NOT ACCEPTABLE after the test\n
