Including Checking Condition Of Silica Gel In Transformer, & Its Re-Conditioning, General Inspection & Replacement Of Blown Off Fuses Etc., ( Daily ) Operation & Maintenance Of A / B Switches, Lightning Circuits As And When Ever Required. Checking Cable Terminations ( Monthly ) Checking Of Oil Level In Transformer & Topping Up If Necessary, Checking Monthly Trippings Of Transformer, Adjusting The Settings Of The Transformer As And When Required As Per Officer In Charge Approval. Checking & Cleaning Of Acb Contacts, Isolators, Sfu, Cable Terminations Etc ( Monthly ) Removing Of Cobwebs And Cleaning Of Panel Inside ( Monthly ) . All Checks / Inspections As Oisd-137, Oem Recommendations , Iocl M&I Formats / Pdm Formats Have To Be Carried Out & Records To Be Maintained. Jobs Non Execution Will Be Completed Alternate Vendor Upon Your Risk & Cost Which Will Be Deducted From Your Monthly Bill. 2 Dg Sets : Operation Of Dg Sets As And When Required Including Maintaining Dg Sets To Test Running It On A Day To Day Basis. Checking Up Of Diesel Oil, Lubricating Oil, Radiator Water, Battery Electrolyte Level, Belt Tensions And Doing Necessary Topping / Tightening. Rectifying Any Leaks Of Oil / Water By Tightening The Clamps, Bolts, Checking The Specific Gravity Of Battery Electrolyte And Testing With Battery Tongue Tester, Maintaining A Log Book Of Instrumentation Panel Reading, Changing Of Batteries To Dg Sets, Number Of Hours Run By Dg Sets And Power Generated As Recorded By The Watt-Hour Meter. All Checks / Inspections As Per Oisd-137, Oem Recommendations , Iocl M&I Formats / Pm / Pdm Etc Have To Be Carried Out & Records To Be Maintained As Desired In Time To Time. Checking The Circuits ( Monthly ) . Changing Of Defective Domestic Lights And Appliances, Like Fans, Tubes & Bulbs Etc., . Changing Of Chokes, Capacitors, Fused Light By Led Light Replacement. Mcb, Elcb And Fuses If Any Changing Required ( Monthly / Daily As Applicable ) .Checking & Maintenance Of The Electrical Circuits & Cabling Related To Communication System, Computers, Lpg Pumps, Lpg Compressors, Air Compressors, Service Water Pumps, Bore Wells, Instrumentation ( Hla, Level Gauges ) Of Lpg Storage Vessels, Rov Panel, Deluge Valve Panels, Fire Pumps Control Panels Including Logic, Assistance To Amc Personnel Gas Monitoring System And Maintenace Of The Same, Ups, V-Sat, Walkie Talkie System, Lan Etc And Attending To All Minor Problems Thereof.Repairs / Replacement Of Circuits, Starters, Motors, Including That At Of Fire Engine / Epmcc Panels, Tower Lights, Yard Lights, Flp Fittings, As And When Required. Replacement Of Defective Lights & Electrical Accessories As & When Required. All Checks / Inspections As Oisd-137, Oem Recommendations , Iocl M&I Formats Have To Be Carried Our & Records To Be Maintained. All Electrical Equipments Maintenance Are Covered In The Scope Of This Works. 4 Fire Water Pumps, Fw Tanks & Others:Operation Of Jockey Pump ( Daily ) / Fire Engines Operational Activities Daily / Weekly As Applicable, Contactor Points Cleaning & Cable Termination, Checking / Tightening ( Monthly ) . Checking The Circuit Of Starter, Cleaning Of Contactor Blade Points ( Monthly ) , Checking The Pressure Switches Provided In The Water Line ( Monthly ) . Tighten The Termination Bolts ( Monthly ) Checking Of Battery Condition & Radiator Water, And Topping Up Whenever Required ( Daily ) . Topping Of Fire Water Tanks. All Checks / Inspections As Oisd-137 , Oem Recommendations Iocl M&I Formats Have To Be Carried Out & Records To Be Maintained 5 Pumps, Motors & Others: Tighten The Termination Bolts Of Motors & Push Button Starters ( Monthly / Daily As Applicable ) . Checking And Recording Of Motors & Pumps ( Monthly ) . Checking The Control Circuit, Power Cable, Terminations, Fuses. Fixing & Maintenance Of Tld Earthing Clips & Bonding Wire For Unloading Arms As & When Required. Non Execution Of Jobs Cost Will Be Deducted From Your Monthly Bill And Job Will Be Executed By Alternate Vendor Upon Your Risk & Cost If Any. 6 Earthing Pit & Continuity Checking, Esd / Elcb, Mcp, Ir Value Checking & Certification: Meggar Testing Of Earth Pits ( Individual & Grid Value ) , Continuity And Submitting Reports / Certificates ( Twice In A Year ) For Approx. 140-150 Nos.
