1 Atomic Absorption Spectrometer : A Bench Top high sensitive Atomic Absorption Spectrometer for Metal & Metalloids analysis in Food & Agricultural matrix along with software to meet global and domestic food regulations like EU/USFDA/Japan/FSSAI with following specifications.\nSpecification \n1. Type: PC controlled True Double beam Atomic Absorption Spectrometer; 2. Optics: Fully sealed narrow beam optics for maximum light transmission for the best detection limits with least maintenance; 3. Wavelength range: 190-900 nm or better; 4. Monochromator: Computer controlled wavelength selection with diffraction grating of 1800 lines/mm or more using high capability detector and focal length of 250 mm or more; 5. Slit: Automated slit selection with settings of 0.2 to 1.0 nm or better; 6. Detector: Wide range Photomultiplier tubes (PMT) covering full wavelength range or Solid State Detector, with highest quantum efficiency; 7. Background corrector: High intensity/speed deuterium background corrector or better technology; 8. Hollow cathode lamps: Single elements hollow cathode lamp for analysis for various elements viz., Ag, Au, As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe, Hg, Mn, Ni, Pb, Zn. The lamps should have guaranteed 5000 mA hour of usage time or more. Super Lamps/EDL Lamps should also be provided for As and Hg; 9. Lamps positions: Minimum 6 or more; 10. Furnace Atomizer: i) The Graphite Furnace Atomizer alignment should be fully automatic; ii) The Furnace Autosampler must be integrated to main Spectrometer with a minimum of 50 sample positions or more; iii) System should be equipped with pyrolytically coated graphite tube for rapid furnace heating up to 3000 oC or better with facility for background correction; iv) Facility of re-circulating chiller of appropriate capacity for cooling the Graphite Furnace; v) Matrix modifier options in software and supply of appropriate modifier solutions along with the system is desirable; vi) Variable gas flow for furnace for minimum consumption, an external protective gas stream around the graphite tube to maximize tube life; vii) Accessibility to run different elements sequentially without manual disturbance; 11. Nebulizer: Adjustable nebulizer with inert platinum/iridium capillary and venturi for corrosion resistance; 12. Burner: Both air/acetylene and N2O/acetylene compatible burner with corrosion shield; 13. Spray chamber: Fluorinated and acid resistant high-density polyethylene for aqueous and organic solutions; 14. Impact Bead: Externally adjustable impact bead with option for inert impact bead for samples with HF; 15. Sensitivity: Better than 0.9 absorbance with precision less than 0.5% RSD for 5 ppm Cu solution; 16. Hydride generator: Fully automatic continuous Flow Type for high sensitivity and analysis of all the hydride forming elements; 17. Vapor Generation Accessory: Modular accessory for determination of hydride forming elements like Hg, As, etc. Spare hydride modules should be available; 18. Software: User friendly updated software must be provided for seamless control of the system; 19. Gas cylinder: High purity Acetylene, Argon, N2O gas cylinder with compatible regulators and necessary tubes, nuts and ferules; 20. Air compressor: Oil Free Air Compressor; 21. Vent and Hood Assembly: Should be provided with ducting (10 ft. or more) including fitting and fixing; 22. Safety system: There should be adequate safety features required for flame control, automatic internal gas connections, flame shields and protection, external adjustment of all burner and spray chamber controls; 23. Computer & printer: Suitable branded PC (Window Workstation with a 22” Monitor) with inbuilt software & tested for fool proof operation to operate the instrument with Laser Jet Printer; 24. Housing, Installation and Demonstration: The minimum facility like Tables, Electrical & gas panel fittings, Dehumidifier machine for moisture removing with temperature-humidity controller [Capacity: 130 L/day (30?, 80%); Area Coverage: Min. 100 m2; Rotary Compressor; Circulating Air Volume-1000m3/h; Automatic defrosting mode; Automatic dehumidification mode; Fitted with Handle(s)/ Big wheels] should be provided for housing the system in the laboratory; The AAS system should be installed in lab free of cost; Onsite Demonstration & Training of the system by the application specialist to Lab Personal followed by issuance of training certificates to the trainees; 25. Warranty & System Calibration: At least 3 years onsite warranty should be quoted along with the offer; System calibration should be done once in every year with issue of calibration certificate as per ISO: 17025 during the warranty period. item1 1 Nos
