12 1.11 (A) HDPE Floating Jetty-covered Cube system TYPE I\n• The Floating Jetty Module should be made of High Grade High Density Polyethylene whose melt flow rate should be less than 3 g / 10 min @ 190 Degree C and 21.6 kg Load\n• The Floating Jetty Module should be able to fit in existing floating jetty modules that MPTDC already owns at various sites\n• Floating Jetty Module should be of L: 50 cm, B: 50cm, H: 40 cm\n• Weight of the Floating Jetty Module should be 8-9 kgs\n• Load carrying capacity should be Minimum 300 kgs/sqm\n• The shape of the Floating Jetty Module should be 3-Dimensional male-female interlocking such that the Floating Jetty Module can interlock by themselves\n• Each Floating Jetty Module should have a Separate Anti-Skid Top Cover of 14-15mm Thickness fitted in the cervix of the main module\n• The top surface should be fitted inside the side walls of the Floating Jetty Module and it should be bolted in such a way that there is no leakage of water from the point in which bolt is fixed between top and below surface thus making the surface the best Anti Skid surface available worldwide\n• There should be one more surface below the top surface with a gap in between top surface and surface below to enable expansion contraction of Floating Jetty Module which can also be used for passing of electric cables & water hoses if required\n• The lug thickness of the Floating Jetty Module should be 20-21 mm to ensure sufficient strength to the structure\n• For boat parking on floating jetty, HDPE ‘U Shaped’ Boat Parking male-female interlocking module of dimension 1.0m*0.5m*0.29m and weight 11-12 kgs with HDPE rollers & winch fixed on the floating dock for smooth boat parking.
