| 2 | 10.1 | The scope of work under this tender shall include but not limited to the following:(a)To study the project by site visit and discuss preliminary proposal with local authorities and examine the local bye-laws, service lines, general building condition and procedure for obtaining building permit/sanction;(b)Preparation of master layout plan of the township/colony.(c)To design/prepare the conceptual drawings of the following facilities/buildings/quarters:(d)Residential flats B-type( Approx 78 m2 plinth area):15 nos (e)Residential flats C-type( Approx 112 m2 plinth area):07 nos(f)Residential flats D-type( Approx 180 m2 plinth area): 15 nos (g)Transit camp- 06 rooms(h)Guest house with 06 normal rooms and 1 VIP suite (i)Recreation club along with fitness centre.(j)Structural design/ engineering of the residential towers and other buildings (k)Design/engineering for internal and external sanitary, sewer & plumbing works. (l)Design/ engineering for int ernal and external electrification, telephone, CCTV, cable TV system. (m)Design/engineering of fire detection/ protection system as required (n)Co-ordination with all statutory bodies for obtaining approval(r)To develop tender drawings including civil, architectural, site development, landscape and water harvesting concepts and plumbing and electrical design/drawings for various quarters/ buildings/facilities with detailed cost estimate, rate analysis and technical specifications on approval of conceptual drawings; (s)To prepare complete working construction drawings on approval of tender drawings.(t)To liaison with local authorities and obtaining necessary approvals;(u)To visit IOCL Pipelines office for clarification and discussion as per requirement;(v)Any other services required for smooth completion of works.
