The work of house-keeping to be done by\rthe contractor using his own labour, materials tools and consumables etc. List of material with minimum quantity\rfor monthly, once in four months and yearly required is available as Annexure - 1. The tenderer must deposit the\rmaterial to concern Rly. Supervisor before the start of each month. Cost of it is included in the monthly rate.
