Item Description:- House-keeping works at IRICEN Institute Green building (which includes total four floors over\rstilt parking floor and Terrace floor at top. First Floor to Fourth Floor consists of different specified sections such\rasModelRoom,Laboratory,ClassRooms,Committeehall&ConferenceHall,Facultychambers,Library,\rReadingRoom,ComputerSection,Generalandaccountssection,Corridors/Passage/Lobby/Open\rTerrace/Canopy / Surrounding area / Utility area / Staircase portion with railings, all toilets etc. Stilt Floor consists\rof Parking area, UPS room, Record room, Electrical and S&T room etc. and Raised level Pathway to institute\rhaving two main gates and all other associate area within the IRICEN institute) as per the schedule of house-\rkeeping mentioned in the scope of work, as per conditions of contract. The work of house-keeping to be done by\rthe contractor using his own labour, materials tools and consumables etc. List of material with minimum quantity\rfor monthly, once in four months and yearly required is available as Annexure - 1. The tenderer must deposit the\rmaterial to concern Rly. Supervisor before the start of each month. Cost of it is included in the monthly rate.
