Mapping shall be required for all critical points displayed on the chiller control panel. The chiller shall be BMS compatible and shall have RS485/RS232 serial communication protocol; the motor shall be suitable for 3- Phase, 415 V + 10%, 50 Hz AC electric supply; electric panel shall have an IP 54 rating.\n
3 1.11 GENERAL NOTE:\n(i) The contractor is responsible to achieve the desired, temperature, humidity and air flow/throw in the conditioned areas. For efficient and smooth running of the plant and machinery if any additional spares and specialized workmanship is required the same shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to deptt.\n(ii) Cost for all the consumable like refrigerant, refrigerant oil, inert gases etc is deemed to be included in the quoted rates by the contractor.\n(iii) In case of mentioned capacity of chiller is not available in standard capacity as specified in the respective items the next higher capacity will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to deptt.\n(iv) Necessary civil work viz. PCC foundation for placement of chillers shall be covered in the scope of work. The cost of required stationary & equipments etc. is deemed to be included in quoted rates.\nii. The Operation will be started from the next immediate day/date of completion of phase-I work. \niii. During contract liability period no extra cost will be paid against any spare required to be replaced and consumable used.\niv. Life insurance and ESI medical facilities of govt for all the personnel shall be done by the contractor and copy of the policy to be submitted to the deptt.\nv. Minimum T&P required for the operator to be provided by contractor.\nvi. All safety device required for the operator to be provided by contractor.\nvii. Any damages to the machinery/ operator occurred due to miss handling of Equipment will be compensated by contractor.\nviii. Minimum wages to be paid by contractor through nationalised bank ESC mode as per Labour Commission Act.\nix. Weekly ‘off’ as per Labour act to be given to the Operator & reliever to be Provided by the Contractor at no Extra cost.\nx. PPF should be necessary for all candidate.\nxi. Contractor has to provide 02 pair of protective clothing overall combination with leather shoes one pair (as approved by Department) to each operator.\nxii. In case of absenteeism of any Operator/ helper in a shift/ duty , double the amount of Shifts will be recovered from the contractor.\nxiii. After completion of work contractor shall return all the temporary passes to AF authorities and certificate to be obtained & the same be enclosed with final bill.\n
257 53.31 Note for Srl item No 53.10 to 53.25(Condt) : \nxiv. Contractor shall obtain a Affidavit from all deployed Operators/ Trademen/Helpers that they are deployed temporary by the contractor through outsourcing & they have no legal binding/ with department regarding/employment/permanency of job. Any court cases due to accident/ break of jobs/compensation occurring due to any labour conflict during the contract period is to be delt by contractor only.\nxv. The age of all deployed operators/ tradesmen/ helpers should be 18 to 60 years old.\nxvi. Operator/ helpers will use their own conveyance to reach duty place/ locations.\nxvii. The proof of receipt of payment made to the staff employed for opertation shall be submitted to the department before submission of RAR/Final bill.
