    Tender For Minor Air Conditioning Duct Installation Works - 1 Supply, Installation, Balancing And Commissioning Of Factory Fabricated Gss Sheet Metal Rectangular/Round Ducting With Supports As Per Smacna Complete With Neoprene Rubber Gaskets, Elbows, Splitter Dampers, Vanes, Hangers, Supports Etc.As Per Approved Drawings And Specifications Of Following Gauges:- 1.1 24 Gauge (Thickness 0.63mm) 2 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of GI Volume control manually operated duct damper complete with neoprene rubber gasket, nuts, bolts, screw linkages ,flanges etc., as per specifications.(Suitable for 1500 CFM air flow) 3 Supplying & fixing of powder coated extruded aluminum Supply Air Grills with aluminum volume control dampers as per specifications. 4 Supplying & fixing of powder coated extruded aluminum Return Air Grills with louvers but without volume control dampers complete as required. 5 Supplying and fixing of following thickness of mat finish, closed cell Nitrile rubber(Class“O”)insulation on duct after applying suitable adhesive for Nitrile rubber. The joints shall be sealed with 50mm wide and 3mm thick self adhesive nitrile rubber tape insulation complete as per specifications and as required. 5.1 13mm Thickness 6.1 Core Cutting :-Wall cutting(Thickness less than 0.5m) opening and making good the same for air duct and finishing. 6.2 Core cutting :-Floor cutting (Thickness less than 0.5m) opening and making good the same for air duct and finishing.
