Providing and fixing of 20mm x 57mm thick imported Hard maple wood tongue and grooved planks MFMA certified supported by pine/spruce/fir padded runners duly treated with wood life anti treatment of section 63.5mm x 38mm placed with distance between the runner to be 9” along the width of the court. Imported safe sleeper shock absorption pads of 19 mm thick to be provided under the runners for shock absorption. A vapor barrier will also be introduced between sub floor and frame work. The frame will be duly fastened to the sub floor with the aid of clamps. The floor will be duly leveled with three phase machine grinding, joint sealing with French chalk and sanding sealer followed by polishing with oil based polyurethane finish, and paint game lines to be carried out in required colours and anti-termite treatment of concrete floor base all complete and the flooring shall be approved by WSF and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The rates includes dismantling of existing flooring).
