| 1 | Provn of Silent feature Generator DG with AMC Panel set 63 KVA (with AMF Panel,415 Volts, 3 Phase ,4 Wire engine alternator with Prime Movers complete set , flexibly coupled to the alternator mounted on a vibration damped platform, acoustically encapsulated in confirmation to environmental (Protection) Rules for noise pollution and adhering to Emission norms for exhaust pollution. The diesel engine shall be water cooled, 4-stroke, developing 80.20 BHP, Designed to run continuously at 1500 RPM, The alternator shall be self excited and regulated to deliver rated electrical output at 240 / 415V, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM and 0.8 lagging power factor generally Engine and alternator. It should be certified that the DG set meets the requirements of Environment and Forests read with GSR 371 (E) dt 12 Jul 2002, GSR 520 (E) dt 01 Jul 2003 and GSR 448 *E) dt 12 Jul 2004 in respect of Emission norms for the engine and international emission standards in respect of noise level for the DG set for supply to be made. (The DG set shall comply with the lowest noise pollution of <75dBA at 1 Mtr distance at 75% load as per CPCB norms. \n\nMake: Kirloskar/ Mahindra/ Greaves Crompton/ Eicher or Equivalent conforming to CPCB-II and Emission Norms.\n\nNote:- \n\n(i) Detailed Specification/Qualitative Requirement to be provided as per Para 1 of Part- II of RFP and Store list to be provided as per Annexure I of RFP.\n\n(i) Manufactures test certificate of above items to be produced by contractor.\n\n(ii) The 63 KVA generator set should be guaranteed against any inherent defect of faulty workmanship and for its perfect functioning for a period of 18 months.
