11 11 "FOAM POURER SYSTEM FOR CONE ROOF TANKS WITH ALUMINIUM INTERNAL FLOATING ROOF: Design, detail engineering including sizing calculations and providing Foam Induction Type Foam Pourer System for product storage tanks (Dia. above 18.0 mtr ). The job includes supplying all items including supply of 2KL above ground foam storage tanks made of SS-304(01 no. SS foam tank for each product storage tank), foam tanks of the adjacent storage tanks interconnected with each other and placed in common foam shed outside MS tanks dyke area, providing its support structure, all necessary platforms, foundation, supply of stainless steel(SS-304/SS-316) pipes of required size from foam tank to foam inductor , providing foam inductors, MS foam ring mains around the tank, MS riser pipes, foam pourers in adequate numbers as per OISD -117, latest edition and fabrication, erection & testing of the system including supply of all necessary pipe fittings, ball valves, strainer, flanges etc., as per the contract specifications & detailed drawings. Job also includes supplying and laying MS pipes of required size from the foam induction manifold to the bottom of the tanks for connecting it with the foam ring mains at min 2 places including providing pipe supports at all the necessary places, wherever required.
