Providing And Fixing Of G1 Lay In Standard Perforated Metal Ceiling In Module Of Size Of 600X600mm Lay-In Tiles Of Pre Coated Galvanized Steel In 0.45Mm Thickness In Global White Colour. The Perforation Shall Have Standard Perforation Having Hole Diameter As 2.5Mm And Open Area As 16%. The Tiles Would Have Fine Performances Of 3 Of Class 1 As Per Bs-476, Part 7 Standard. The Tile Shall Be Laid On 15Mm Wide T-Section Flanges Color White Having Rotary Stitching On All T-Section I.E., The Main Runner, 1200Mm & 600Mm Cross Tees With A Web Height Of 32Mm And A Load Carrying Capacity Of 12.5 Kgs/Sqm & Pull Out Strength Of 100Kgs. The T Section Having A Galvanizing Of 90Gms Per Sqm. And Need To Be Installed With Suspension System Of Approved Make. The System Consists Of Metal Tiles Laid To A T Grid System., 2. Providing And Fixing Position 12Mm Thick Plaster Of Paris (Gypsum Anhydrous) For Ceiling Rein Forced With Hessian Cloth Flat Surface With Ceiling Tiles Upto A Height Of 5Mm Above Floor Level Over Aluminium Strips And Rendered Smooth With Plaster Of Paris Including The Cost Of Materials, Labour, Curing Complete As Per Specification, 3. Providing And Fixing 12Mm Thick Commercial Plywood U Type Boxing Finished With 1Mm Thick Laminate Etc., Complete,
