Operation And Maintenance Of Electrical Installations_ Dg Set_Air Conditioning_Fire Protection_Ro Plant And Kitchen Equipments In Kerala House_Travancore House And Attached Quarters At New Delhi For A Period Of 3 Years From 01_01_2020 To 31_12_2022 - 2 Od118802 / 2019_2020 : Charges For Operation And Maintenance Of Electrical Installations, Dg Set, Central Air Conditioning Plant, Ro Plant, Fire Protection And Kitchen Equipments Etc In Kerala House, Travancore Palace And Attached Quarters At New Delhi Which Shall Include. 1 ) Electrical Installation. Attend All Break Calls Immediately On Receipt Of Such Complaints And Attending Other Maintenance Calls For All The System And Attending Fuse Calls Including Rectifying Minor Complaints, Renewing Fusable Materials Such As Bulb, Cfl, Fluorescent Etc. Supplied By Kerala House Authorities Or To Be Supplied And Renewed By The Contractor Himself If Directed So, All Other Materials, Components If Any Found Defective Shall Be Replaced Immediately. 2 ) Operation And Maintenance Of Dg Set Conducting Trial Run Of The Dg Set For At Least 5 Minutes Every Day, Operate The Dg Set During The Period Of Power Failure, Check The Water Level, Oil Level And Maintaining The Safe Level In The Engine , Clean And Check The Control Panel Boards And Rectifying Complaints If Any Immediately On Occurrence. Servicing Of Dg Set Periodically As Per Company Profile And Maintain The System In Proper Working Condition At All Time 3 ) Maintenance Of Air Condition System. Operate The Central Ac Plant, Check The Performance Of Various Components And Ensure Their Proper Working Condition And Rectifying Complaints If Any Immediately On Occurrence. Servicing Of Ac Unit Periodically As Per Company Profile Etc. And Maintain The Unit In Proper Working Condition At All Time. 4 ) Kitchen Equipments And Accessories 6 ) Attend And Rectifying Complaints If Any Immediately On Occurrence Regarding Kitchen Equipments Like, Coffee Machine, Mixer, Wet Grinder, Chakki Atta Etc. Servicing Of Kitchen Equipments Periodically As Per Company Profile Etc. And Maintain System In Proper Working Condition At All Time. 3 5 ) Water Pumps. Operate The Water Pump Daily According To The Requirements And Rectifying Complaints If Any Immediately On Occurrence. Servicing Of Water Pump Periodically As Per Company Profile Etc. And Maintain The Unit In Proper Working Condition At All Time. 6 ) Electrical System In The Quarters Maintaining The Electrical System In The Quarters At Travancore House And Kapoorthala Plot In Good Condition Including Attending And Rectifying Complaints If Any Immediately In Occurrence And Maintain System In Proper Working Condition At All Time. ( Private Equipments Provided By Inmates Need Not Be Attended. ) 7 ) Fire Protection System. Periodically Conducting Trial Run Of Fire Fighting System At Least Once In Month, And Ensure Its Safe Working Condition And Check All The Electrical And Mechanical Items And Report Immediately And Rectifying Complaints If Any And Maintain System In Proper Working Condition At All Time. 8 ) Ro Plant. Operate The Ro Plant, Check The Performance Of The Entire Unit, Ensure Proper Working Condition, Rectifying Complaints If Any Immediately On Occurrence, Servicing Of The Unit Periodically As Per Company Profile Etc. And Maintain The Unit In Proper Working Condition At All Time. Maintaining The Log Register For Ac Plant, Ro Plant, Dg Set, And Fuse Calls, Complaints Etc And Inform The Details Of Major Complaints To The Department On Time. In Addition To This The Minor Electrical Works In Travancore Palace, Travancore House, Kapoorthala Plot Permisesare To Also Be Attended As And When Required / As Per Direction.
