Schedule 01-Hiring of 01 Air-Conditioned Ambulance (Maruti Eeco or equivalent but not\rOmni) of Model not older than three years from the date of issue of LOA, on monthly basis\rwith two driver, two helper including fuel, engine oil, other maintenance etc. for shifting of\rpatients/doctors /Paramedical staff on lump sum approved quoted rate up to 2500\rkms/month and per km rate for any usage beyond 2500 kms. This will include all taxes i.e.\rOctroi, Toll tax, barrier tax etc and other related work i.e. repair etc. Nothing extra will be\rpaid on any account. Ambulance should have Emergency kit, Oxygen cylinder, patient\rberth, Stretcher and passed according to the norms of Haryana Government, as well as\routside Haryana. Well equipped ambulance will be stationed at Extra Divisional Hospital,\rJagadhri Workshop along with required staff when not in use under CMS/ACMS, Extra\rDivisional Hospital, Jagadhri Workshop.
