Maintenance Of Diesel Operated Hydraulic Debricking Machine And Field Equipments Of Blast Furnace - 01 Keeping The De-Bricking Machine And Small Excavators Covered By The Work Order In Good Condition Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor And The Crux Of The Contract. 02 Each De-Bricking Machine And Small Excavators Are To Be Attended Regularly For The Purpose Of Daily, Weekly, Monthly And Half-Yearly Maintenance, To Do The Works Given In The Enclosed Maintenance Guidance Sheet As Given At Additional Special Conditions. 03 All The Repairs ( Minor Or Major ) Of The De-Bricking Machine And Small Excavators Are To Be Attended And Rectified Within Assigned Time. 04 All Required Oil, Lubricants And Paints Will Be Supplied By The Department ( Vsp ) Free Of Cost. 05 The Required Spares For Repair Jobs Will Be Supplied By The Department ( Vsp ) Free Of Cost. 06 Cleaning Liquids Like Kerosene, Diesel, Ctc Etc. Will Be Provided By The Department ( Vsp ) Free Of Cost. 07 Required Manpower, Tools & Tackles, Transport Are To Be Arranged By The Contractor. 08 Bills Will Be Cleared Monthly On Proportionate Basis. 09 Unit Of Boq Will Be Considered For Measurement As Per Equipment Per Month. 10 Any Component Required Work Shop Or Hyd. Press Facility For Repairs Shall Be Permitted To Be Taken Out On A Returnable Gate Pass. 11 Proportionate Monthly Maintenance Charges Will Not Be Paid If The Machine Is Under Repair For More Than Five Days Of That Month For The Reasons Attributable To The Contractor. Cotracterand 12 At The Expiry Of The Contract Period All The Joe-Trucks, De-Bricking Machine, Heavy Excavators And Small Excavators Covered Under The Contract Are To Be Handed Over To Vsp In Proper Condition. 1 Shifting Of All Spares, Steel, Equipment Etc., Within The Plant Is The Responsibility Of The Agency. 2 All Scrap Generated Must Be Shifted To The Storage Yard By The Agency. 3 Agency Must Be Able To Perform The Job Round The Clock And Mobilize The Required Number Of Groups As And When Required By Plant. 4 All Safety Equipment Must Be Supplied To The Contract Labour By The Agency. 5 All Tools, Tackles, Cutting & Welding Sets, Grinding Machines Etc. Required For Executing The Job Are To Be Arranged By The Agency. Vsp Will Supply Either Da Or Lpg Gas, The Agency Has To Arrange Cutting Sets For Either Of The Gases. 6 The Contractor Shall Ensure Usage Of Isi Marked Regulators Hoses, Nozzle, Cutting Torches, Welding Holders And Cables For The Cutting And Welding Works. This Must Be Strictly Adhered Too. 7 Welfare Allowances ( Sma & Asma ) Are Applicable For This Contract. 8 Gst Clause - The Scope Of Materials Supply And Consumables Supply In The Present Proposal Are As Follows: A ) Materials To Be Supplied By Vsp: All Spares, Steel, Pipes Etc., B ) Consumables To Be Supplied By Vsp: Oxygen & Da / Lpg Gas, Electodes Lubricants And Distilled Water Etc. C ) Materials To Be Supplied By Contractor: Nil D ) Consumables To Be Supplied By Contractor: Nil The Deduction Of Gst Shall Be Done As Per The Rules Prevailing From Time To Time. 9 Contract Period: One Year 10 Defect Liability Period: Three Months From The Date Of Completion Of Work. 11 Sub-Contracting / Sub-Letting: No Sub-Contracting Or Sub-Letting Is Allowed.
