(a)Taking the vehicle to work shop and returning it back after complete repair work. (b) Tinkering work to rear/front mudguard complete 04 no, replace the corroded portion by gas cutting and provide new MS plate of correct gauge and welded matching to existing surface.(c) Scrabbling back body of the vehicle (Luggage portion) along with wire brush complete ,taking out the bulging buckling of and matching to existing surface and applying putty fill up the cavities of vehicle drying to 24 hours and cutting the putty matching to existing surface .Applying emery paper where ever needed making a fine finish. Applying two coat of metal primer Make: Asian paints/ Nerolac to the complete body of vehicle outer side complete. Drying the vehicle with Own box at least 3 hours and attend the surface temperature not lee than 40 C. Applying two coats of blue synthetic enamel paint blue as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.(d) Cleaning complete bottom of vehicle, drying and applying one coat of anti corrosive black paint all over chassis axels wheel drum, bottom portion complete.(e) Replacement Engine oil filter, Air Filter and Diesel Filter of vehicle complete as specified.(f) Draining out the old Engine oil and refilling the new engine oil (15W30) 10Ltr complete.(g) Wheel alignment and rotation of the wheels for both front and rear end as specified and directed by car manufacture.(h) Opening of old damaged leaf spring assembly of both the rear axles by removing the bolts from the shock pads by ratchet wrench, loosen the U bolts and unscrewing the eyelet bolts on the spring ends and replacing the old damaged leaf spring assembly with new leaf spring assembly parabolic type and reassembling it complete and testing(j) Taking down the fuel injection pump, and given for calibration of its function, adjusting the cam wheel for proper firing action and reset the fuel out let valve to required position(k) Taking out the 4 no fuel injector for calibration, and adjusting the nozzles for proper gap.(l) Replacement of engine V-belt and crank shaft pulley and the timing belt and checking the proper tension after re-fixing complete.(m) Remove the front wheel hub from vehicle, replace unserviceable wheel bearing two in number as per the existing size.(n) Opening of the unserviceable water pump assembly completely after disconnecting the water inlet and outlet hose pipe and replacing it with new one and reconnecting the water circulating hose pipe(o) Dismantling of four wheel and complete repair and refix the same after taking out and replacement of following worn out items with new one (i) Oil seal (ii) Lock washer (iii) Check Nut (iv) Grease (v) Rear brake drum of rear wheels.(p) Riffling of brake fluid (DOT 3) complete after draining out the old fluid from the brake fluid tank as specified.(q) Taking out the unserviceable starter-motor assembly of make LUCAS TVS of Dynamo and replacement of same with new one complete (r)Complete water servicing of vehicle along with polishing.
