(a) Taking the vehicle to work shop and returning it back after complete repair work. (b) Replacement of damaged clutch plate and pressure plate and master cylinder assembly, including dismantling the gearbox from the from engine bed and replacing the new clutch plate, pressure plate and master cylinder assembly and fix the gear box in original position to engine bed and testing complete as specified by car manufacture.(c) Opening up the steering system, overhauling it and reassembling it after replacement of following worn out parts with new one (i) steering racks boot (rubber bellow) 01in No (ii) steering pinion 01 in No (iii) gear shifter kit 01 in No (iv) ball joint 01 in No (v) inner tie rod. (d)Replacement of brake hose assembly of rear of model BI-A 29046561 and front brake hose assembly of model BIL A 2904683 complete as specified (e) Opening of old damaged leaf spring assembly of rear axle by removing the bolts from the shock pads by ratchet wrench, loosen the U bolts and unscrewing the eyelet bolts on the spring ends and replacing the old damaged leaf spring assembly with new leaf spring assembly parabolic type and reassembling it complete and testing.(f)Replacement Engine oil filter, Air Filter and Diesel Filter of vehicle complete as specified.(g)Draining out the old Engine oil and refilling the new engine oil (15W30) 08Ltr complete. (h)Wheel alignment and rotation of the wheels for both front and rear end as specified and directed by car manufacture.(j) Fuel Tank cleaning of the vehicle after draining out the fuel and checking the leak and do necessary welding work and refilling of the fuel after necessary repair and cleaning of tank and removing any sediments and debris by pressure washing with diesel complete one job only.(k)Opening of EGR valve and replacement of old gasket of exhaust gas re-circulator valve complete with new one and reassembling it complete.(l) Dismantling of four wheel and complete repair and refix the same after taking out and replacement of following worn out items with new one (i) Oil seal (ii) Lock washer (iii) Check Nut (iv) Greese (v) Rear brake drum of rear wheel.(m)Painting of aluminum based anticorrosive paint at the bottom frame of the vehicle to reduce the corrosion.(n) Opening of fuel line system and replacing the damaged fuel pump and fuel hose pipeline with new one complete.(o) Replacement of old unserviceable wiper motor and wiper linkage assembly and wiper blades- 02 Nos with new one complete.(p) Replacement of side view mirror set (1set =02 No) complete.(q) Replacement of engine V-belt and crank shaft pulley and the timing belt and checking the proper tension after re-fixing complete. (r) Complete water servicing of vehicle along with polishing
