Note:- Unit monthly charges excluding Goods & services tax for carrying out Mechanical Maintenance of Pumps, valves & other equipments existing in WTP/STP at Township, CISF Pump houses & Reverse Pumping station & WTP at Plant Site as per the scope of work, maintenance schedule & direction of the Engineer-In-Charge involving a team of centralised maintenance crew having 1 Nos. of Highly Skilled labour and 1 No. of Skilled labour daily including 4 weekly off days in a month and three holiday (Republic Day, 2nd October & Independance Day) in a year in General Shift for 8 hours duration from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM. The work may be continued round the clock basis including holidays and weekly off/sunday in case of any emergency as per the instruction of EIC; Contractor has to provide services for the same, however extra payment for the work beyond the schedule time period or in holidays/weekly off shall be paid separately as per SOR item No.-00060 through Running bill.
