Note: 1 ) Consultancy Fees Shall Be Quoted On % Basis Of The Project Cost . 2 ) Project Cost Means The Balance Cost Of The Project On The Date Of Assigning The Project To The Pmc Duly Certified By Pmc/ C&Ds3 ) The Cost Of The Consultancy Is The One Given In The Summary As Above And Payment Is To Be Made As Agreed During Negotiation . The Breakup Of The Cost As Given In Formats 2A To 2D Is To Facilitate Negotiation With The Consultant
