Project management, Construction Supervision and Inspection for water supply & Sewerage projects as per Request for Proposal including all the taxes, duties, local charges etc. but excluding GST which shall be paid separately on prevailing rates.\n\nNote: 1) Consultancy fees shall be quoted on % basis of the project cost.\n2) Project cost means the balance cost of the project on the date of assigning the project to the PMC duly certified by PMC/ UPJN\n3) The cost of the consultancy is the one given in the summary as above and payment is to be made as agreed during negotiation.
