Of India)S Circular No. X.11035/379/2015-Dfqc(Pt) Dated 22/02/2019, The Manufacturer Should Provide Indian Standard Quality Certificate Of Icmed/13485/Isi/Bis. If The Aforesaid Indian Standard Quality Certificate(S) Is Not Available For The Item, Then Us Fda/European Ce Quality Certificate Should Be Provided By The Firm. 4. The Vendor Must Provide Good Quality Of Broad Paper Sticker On The Tube So That Patient Id Can Be Written Legibly On It. 5. Batch Wise Sterility/Pyrogenicity/Toxicity Certificate Must Be Provided By The Vendor. 6. Plastic Tube With Adequate Combustion Data To Prove That It Is Safe For Environment Upon Incineration. 7.
