| 9 | 4 | Note for sl item No.1 & 2 : (a) The unit rate quoted by the contractor also included for cleaning of installations, DG set and DG set buildings/sheds, machinery and upkeep the surroundings of installatlions free from unwanted vegetation, complete all as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. (b) Installations details to be recorded in the log sheet, stores other than Schedule 'B' shall be made available by contractor without any extra cost to the Govt. (c) The contractor shall take all precaushtionery measures to aviod any accident and shall be solely responsible in case of any accident for the risk involved in the work and nothing shall be paid by the department. (d) DHPP-N & Engine oil shall be issued by the department under Sch 'B'. (e) Necessary arrangement for collection of DHPP-N & Engine oil will be made by the contractor without any extra cost to the govt. (g) Payment to operating staff / employees should be carried out through cheque or NEFT to their Bank Account. (h) No payment to contractor shall be allowed without submission of proof of payment made to operaters / employees to their bank account. (j) To ensure enforcement of rights conferred to labour under various acts and laws by principal employer shall strictly be followed. The quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive of all statutory taxes, charges/contribution like EPF, ESIC etc promulgated by State/Central Government from time to time including minimum wages applicable as notified. In case the quoted rates of bidders are found to be less than minimum wages including statutory contributions/taxes, the accepting officer reserves the right to reject such 'Q' bid under his discreation and the 'Q' bid of such firm will be liable for rejection. |
