(b) Bidder shall refer and select the option Excess(+)/Less(-) available at 16th row column ‘E’ of this BOQ sheet to quote percentage above/below on SSR Part II 2010 including errata/amendments.(c)If 0(Zero) percent is offered the rate shall be reckoned as net(at par).(d) If no percent is offered the bid shall be considered as ‘Blank’.(e) Amount inserted by the MES under rate/amount column and total reflected on this BOQ is approximate and for reference only.
