Rubber lining of Day Tank D at NP Plant, with Pre-vulcanized butyl rubber calendared sheets to a thickness of 12 mm. Work Involves: Pre-vulcanized butyl rubber calendared sheets 6 mm thick suitable for cold bonding, with required adhesives, solvents, curing agent etc. Shall be supplied. Packing, forwarding, transportation, loading / unloading and storage at FACT CD Site, Ambalamedu, Kochi shall be done. Surface preparation shall be done by shot / grit blasting with proper cleaning. Rubber lining / application shall be done with Pre-vulcanized butyl rubber calendared sheets to a thickness of 12 mm in Two layers of 6 mm thick each by cold bonding method on bottom plate and shell plate up to 1 metre height from bottom, including manholes, nozzle pipes and flanges on Phosphoric acid Day Tank D at NP Plant, FACT CD as per scope of work detailed in Special Conditions of Contract, General Conditions of Contract and specification sheets attached. Cold bonding, curing, inspection, testing, site supervision, and safety requirements shall be done as per attached specification sheet No. 030B of FACT -CD.

Work Involves: Pre-vulcanized butyl rubber calendared sheets 3 mm thick suitable for cold bonding, with required adhesives, solvents, curing agent etc. shall be supplied. Packing, forwarding, transportation, loading / unloading and storage at FACT CD Site, Ambalamedu, Kochi shall be done. Surface preparation shall be done by shot / grit blasting with proper cleaning. Rubber lining repair works / application shall be done with Pre-vulcanized butyl rubber calendared sheets to a thickness of 06 mm in two layers of 3 mm thick each by cold bonding method on shell plate inside above 1 metre height from bottom including, inside roof area, manholes, nozzle pipes and flanges on Phosphoric acid Day Tank D at NP Plant, FACT CD as per scope of work detailed in Special Conditions of Contract, General Conditions of Contract and specification sheets attached. Cold bonding, curing, inspection, testing, site supervision, and safety requirements shall be done as per attached specification sheet No. 030B of FACT -CD.
