    Preparing Structural Audit of Buildings in Osmanabad District. , preparing structural audit of building including collecting of information from the site . studying the structure in detail to determine the cause and extent or deterioration of structure , its source , leakage , cracking pattern , recording distortions / deflection of structural members if any , visual inspection foe surface damages , cracks , frocking , coloration local weaknesses and their damages classification , testing by tapping elements to test the surface hardness of concrete , breaking small portion of concrete to assess the homogeneity of concrete and condition of reinforcing the steel with particular reference to steel corrosion . conduction further no-destruction engineering techniques like schmidt , u . p . v core tests or combination of testes required . collection and documentation of data in the form of grid drawing , worksheets . arranging all necessary scaffolding , platforms necessary t&p stationary , etc . required for carrying out the / laboratory / other investigation and preparation of report assessment of residual strength . analysis of structural repairs , steps by step procedure for execution of work at different location for different elements including elements including surface preparation , method of construction and techniques to be adopted submission of preliminary report covering detailed cost analysis along with bill of quantities foe call of tenders etcetera complete . quote rate on firm letter pad .
