    Complete Overhauling / Repairing To The Ahu No . 3 ( Feeding To Pantry And Lounge ) Installed At Convention Centre Canal Road Jammu , Repair To The Blower Of Air Handling Unit No . 3 ( Feeding To Pantry And Lounge ) Installed At Convention Centre , Canal Road Jammu By Way Of . Dismantled The Blower From The Ahu By Disconnecting The Motor Connections From The Motor And Removing The Bolts Of The Blower From The Frame/Foundation Removing The Belts From The Motor And Bring Down The Blower Assembly Removed The Impeller From The Shaft And Repaired The Shaft Of The Impeller By Filling The Material On The Shaft By The Welding And Turning Done Of The Shaft On The Lathe Machine Required Size Is Made And Also Balancing Done Of The Impeller , Fitting The New Bearings Of The Blower Shaft And Assembled The Impeller And Shaft Back In The Blower And Fitted Back The Blower On The Ahu By Replaced The Old Worn Out Bolts With New Ones And Fitted The New V-Belts A- 102 02 Nos Replaced Old Worn Out And Complete Alignment Done Of The Blower And Motor By Tightened The Belts And Make Necessary Connections Of The Motor Taking Complete Trial Of The Blower . The Job Includes One Time Service Of Ahu With Filter Cleaning With Water Pressure , Coil Cleaning With Chemical Treatment Etc . Job Includes Supply Installation Of Canvass Connection To Blower And Duct For Vibration Free Unit . The Job Also Includes Replacement Of The Damaged Ahu Partion Wall Of The Canopy With Insulated Material . Complete Job Includes The Cost Of Material , Tools And Tackles , Labour Charges And All Kinds Of Taxes Thereof . Complete Job .
