Tender For Radiography For Ms Block Revamp :-Crew Of Radiography Technician ( Normal Working Days , Sundays & Holidays ) : The Sor Rate Is For A Crew Of 4 Technicians - Level Ii Radiographer ( 01 No . ) # Radiation Safety Officer , Level I Radiographer Assistant ( 01 No . ) , Dark Room Technician ( 01 No . ) And Film Interpreter ( 01 No . ) For 12 Working Hours . The Rates Are For Working Of The Crew On 12 Hrs Basis ( Day Shift And Night Shift ) Upon Eic Certification , Close Proximity Radiography: Standard Container Loaded With Se-75 With Activity Suitable For Subject Work Including Miscellaneous Equipment And Accessories Like Dosimeter , Radiation Survey Meter , Gamma Alarms , Iqis / Penetrometer , Stop Watch Etc . Also Accessories Includes Auto Film Processing Equipment , Flashindent System , Film Viewer , Densitometer Etc . The Sor Rates Are Are For Hiring Of The Equipment On 12 Hrs Basis Including Holidays And Sunday / Weekly Off , Conventional Radiography: Charges For Conventional Including Sunday / Holiday On Per Day Basis . ( 1 Day = 24 Hrs ) , Close Proximity Radiography ( Nb 0 . 50 -14 . 0 ) : Charges Towards Production Radiographs . The Rates Are For Film , Cassettes And Screen Charged As Per Processed Film Rates . , Conventional Radiography: Screen Charges N . B 0 . 50 - 14 . 0 ( Including Miscellaneous Equipment And Accessories Like Dosimeter , Radiation Survey Meter , Gamma Alarms , Iqis / Penetrameter , Stop Watch Densitometer Etc . ) , Mobilization & Demobilization: Charges Includes - To And Fro Travel , Taxi Charges , Transportation Of Equipment To Nrl Site And Back . The Transportation Of Radiography Material Should Be Undertaken As Per Aerb Regulations , Local Conveyance Of Manpower / Equipment , Boarding & Lodging Of Manpower At Numaligarh And All Other Incidental Travelling Expenses Like Taxi Hire Charge , Statutory Requirement For Technicians , Insurances , Medicals , Dose Monitoring Etc . Note: The Mobilization / Demobilization Charges Shall Be Reimbursed At Actuals On Submission Of Supporting Documents But Limited To Sor Amount
