Supply Of Motorized Pickup Vechicles , Rate Contract For Supply Of Motorized Pick Up Vehicles For Hilly Areas Of The Nilgiri District For The Implementation Of Solid Waste Management System Under Sfc ( 2018-19 ) Scheme Of Rural Development And Panchayat Raj Department In The Nilgiri District . ( As Per The Dimensions And Specifications Given In Annexure-I Of This Tender Document ) . [The Rates Quoted Shall Be Inclusive Of All Taxes , Levies , Loading And Unloading At Delivery Point , Cost Including Insurance Amount , Lifetax , Perm Registration Charges , Temp Registration Charges , Incidental Charges , Painting & Stickers , Tipper Body Fabrication And Transportation To The Collectrate Of The Nilgiri District And Other Charges If AnyConditions:1 ) The Bidder Should Supply Of Motorized Pick Up Vehicles For Hilly Areas For Solid Waste Management Activities In Compliance With The Specification Mentioned In Annexure-I . 2 ) The Rates Are Inclusive Of All Duties And Taxes And No Revision Of Rate Is Permissible Due To Increase In Taxes/Duties , Increase In Market Prices Etc . , During The Agreement Period ( 3 Months ) . 3 ) The Bidder Shall Quote The Basic Rate Inclusive Of Freight , Transit Insurance , Loading , Unloading At Site , Toll And Any Such Other Levies / Taxes As May Be Applicable At Point Of Delivery , I . E . To Any Village Panchayat ( S ) In The Nilgiri District And/Or To Any Other Location Within The District As Specified By The District Collector Or Any Officer Of The Rural Development Department In The Purchase Order . The Quoted Rate Shall Be Excluding Gst I . E . , Sgst , Cgst , Igst And Shall Be Inclusive Of All Taxes , Levies , Loading And Unloading At Delivery Point , Cost Including Insurance Amount , Lifetax , Perm Registration Charges , Temp Registration Charges , Incidental Charges , Painting & Stickers , Tipper Body Fabrication And Transportation To The Collectrate Of The Nilgiri District And Other Charges If Any . 4 ) The Rate Should Be Quoted Both In Figures And Words . In Case Of Any Discrepancy , Lower Of The Two Shall Be Taken For Consideration .
