| 1 . | 1 | 1 | Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 30 KW Grid Tie Solar Roof Top Power System without battery backup with AMC for 5 years, All in all bases:(A) Multi/Poly crystalline Solar PV Module Panel (Trina Solar/ Canadian Solar/ Goldee Make):SPV panel should be salt, mist & corrosion resistive throughout their lifetime with required surge, lightning and other necessary protection. Solar PV array must be between 310 Wp to 380 Wp.(B) Module mounting structure should be M.S. hot deep galvanized with minimum 80 micron thickness and with S.S. fittings. The legs of the structure, should be fixed and grouted with appropriate grouting chemical foam to stop leakge of water and it should be cover with PCC/RCC foundation columns made with 1:2:4 cement concrete. The design should allow easy replacement of any module and should be in line with site requirements. Structure required to install solar PV panel on the rooftop, with minimum surface clearance of 600 mm between the terrace surface and the bottommost edge of the panel. (The bidder should be submit G.I. certificate from ISI approved company) (C) One unit of 29/30KW or as per required capacity of reputed make (Make: Kaco/ Delta/ ABB) high efficiency, pure sine wave, inverter, MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracker) solar charge controller, 3-phase & RS 485, IP65 grid tied Inverter/PCU. With Online central monitoring system, irradiation/ temperature sensor, data logger connected, alarm facility, auto grid charger, intelligent logic control scheme with solar priority. The output of power factor of PCU inverter is suitable for all voltage ranges or sink of reactive power, inverter should have internal protection arrangement against any sustainable fault in feeder line and against the lightning on feeder. The Agency should connect inverter to one of the office computer or server switch with internet cable for online data monitering. Overloading of Inverter is not allowed. (D) All the required indoor as well as outdoor electrical and required civil work along with material should be carried out by agency. All the electrical work should be carried with required protection like copper earthing, copper Lightning arrestor, surge and other required protection following necessary standard and should provide necessary Danger board sign. All the work should be carried as direct by E.I.C.The agency should take insurance for five years for solar plate which cover damage caused by accident, any natural disaster etc. Agency has to provide all working drawings/SLD and documents and liaisoning services from concern department with concern for obtaining all necessary permission/ NOC/ Consent from PGVCL, Approval/ Inspection/ Consent from Chief Electrical Inspector, installation of PGVCL approved Bi-Directional meter and IEC 612215 & IEC 61730 certification.Agency is liable to pay all fees, deposits, charges etc from all concern departments till energy generation of solar rooftop system reflect in DISCOM bill. | 1 | No. |
