( C ) Replenish The Gear And Motor Bearing With Necessary Manufacturer Recommended Lubricants Whenever Necessary And All Parts Of The Lift Will Be Checked , Cleaned And Lubricated To Keep Them , Both Mechanically And Electrically In Perfect Working Condition .
