    Supply Of Igbt Based 3-Phase Drive Propulsion Equipment, Igbt Based 3-Phase Drive Propulsion Equipment Comprising Of Traction Converter, Auxiliary Converter And Vcu To Specn. No.Rdso/2008/El/Spec/0071 Rev.5[June 2016]., Comprehensive Maintenance Contract For Igbt Based Propulsion System Fitted On Wag-9, Wag-9H, Wap-7, Wap-5 Class Of Locomotives To Specn.No.Clw/Amc/C- D&D/01 Issued On March 2016. Note:- Bidders To Note That This Is A Composite Tender For Procurement Of Complete Propulsion System And Amc For 03 Years Beyond Warranty Period. Bidders Are Required To Quote Charges For Amc On Annual Basis (For Each Year Separately) For Post Warranty Period Of Amc For 03 Years. The Evaluation Of Offers Will Be Based On Total Cost Of Propulsion System And Net Present Value Of The Amc Cost Of 1St, 2Nd And 3Rd Year After The Warranty Period.The Npv Will Worked Out At A Discounting Rate Of 10%. The System Will Calculate Net Present Value Of Amc Of Offer Automatically Based On Which Raking Will Be Done. Warranty Period: 6 Years, Amc Period: 3 Years, Rate Of Discounting: 10 %
