Tender For Routines on HP Air System on INS SUTLEJ , sow for hp air system: the following overhauling / repair works are to be carried out on the hp air system , system to be proved to satisfaction of ship staff / naval trial agency . all valves , valve chests , reducers , relief valves to be overhauled and pressure tested to the required pressure , satisfactory trails to be shown post overhauling; all air bottles are to be cleaned , inspected , overhauled , pressure tested to the required pressure and assembled with all mountings post overhauling; all pressure gauges are to be supplied of stainless steel type , glycerin filled and the same to be fixed on a m . s supporting plate fixed to the deck / bulkhead along with suitable pipe lines and adaptors . welding / cutting of the m . s supporting plate is in contractors scope . the works involves replacing reducer valves , pressure relief valves , pressure gauges , valve spindles etc . , ( system working pressure is 35 bar ) , chest valves are to be overhauled . ( each valve has 05 spindles ) mat - ms , air bottles are to be overhauled , pressure tested up to 45 kg/ cm sq . bottle capacity-355 ltrs-02 , 255 ltrs-04 , 125 ltrs-01 . , replace reducer valves - 4 nos , pressure relief valves - 6 nos , pressure gauges of air system . ( 0- above 10 bar to 16 bar ) - 10 nos , pressure gauges of air system . ( 0- above 30 bar to 45 bar ) - 6 nos; remove corrosion and repaint air bottle - 14 nos; renew 08 hp air bottle chest valve spindles - 8 nos; serviceability checks and reset of hp air reducer for ships siren - 2 nos; , overhaul all system valves ( type-sdnr , size-25 mm ) , renew air system valves ( type-sdnr , size-25 mm ) , consumables / components / items / spares / material: for executing of the above mentioned jobs , contractor has to procure , supply all items and fitted in its place . all consumbles , all type of fasteners as per existing material grade , o-rings , grease , cotton rags , diesel oil , gland packings , oil packings , neoprene rubber packings , washers , paints , indicators , wheels , lapping paste , emery papers ( smooth , rough ) , anabond , grease nipples , bushes , sleeves , rubber linings , valve seats , springs , diaphraghms , lids , spindles as per existing material grade etc . ,
