8Scope And Conditions Of The Services 8.1 Agency Must Have Experience Of Minimum 1 Years. 8.2 Vehicle Must Have Good Condition And Model Should Be 2015 And Onwards. 8.3 Drivers Should Wear Uniform, Behave Properly Maintain Discipline, Decorum. 8.4Service Period Shall Be Defined As The Period Between The Time When The Vehicle Reports At Pick Up Point And The Time When Vehicle Is Relieved At Last Drop Off Point. 8.5 A Log Book Shall Be Maintained By The Vehicle For Recording Of The Daily Opening And Closing Meter Reading And Signature From The Officers / Officials Shall Be Obtained On A Daily Basis For The Above. 8.6 At Any Time If A Vehicle Is Break Down It Is The Responsibility Of The Service Provider To Provide Alternate Arrangements. 8.7 Driver Offered Is Exclusively Under Employment Of The Agency / Company / Service Provider. The Payment Of Salaries, Allowance And Statutory Payment To The Services Of The Driver Engaged Shall Be The Responsibility Of The Agency / Company / Service Provider. The Driver Appointed By The Agency / Company / Service Provider Shall Be In Conformity With The Requirement Of All Relevant Labour Rules And Statutes. The Contractor Has To Be Registered With Epf Authority Enclosed The Copy Of Registration. 8.8In Case The Agency / Company / Service Provider Defaults In The Discharge Of Any Of The Statutory Liability The Jda Reserves The Right To Deduct Such Amounts From The Amounts Payable To The Service Provider. 8.9The Agency / Company / Providers Shall Scrupulously Follow Instructions Issued By The Concerned Official. If And When The Officials Ada / Dda / Jda Finds Deficiency With The Agency / Company / Providers ( I.E., In His Behaviour, Conduct Etc ) Upon Notice, The Agency / Company / Service Provider Shall Replace Him With A Substitute Driver Immediately. In Such An Event Or Any Other Event Wherein The Agency / Company / Service Provider Is Liable To Replace Such Of Those Vehicle, And If The Agency / Company / Service Provider Fails To Replace Such A Vehicle Within One Hour, The Vehicle Contract Shall Be Discontinued Without Prior Notice. 8.10The Jda Is The Sole Authority To Interpret The Terms And Conditions In This Regard And His / Her Decision Shall Be Final. He / She Is Also Empowered To Terminate The Contract Upon Violations Of The Terms And Conditions, Without Any Notice. 8.11The Driver Shall Carry The Identity Card Given By Agency / Company / Service Provider Together With An Attested Photocopy Which In Turn Shall Be Attested By The Jda. 8.12The Jda May Authorize Any Of Its Officers To Sign Any Letter Or Communications Etc., 8.13On Receipt Of The Order The Agency Shall Execute An Agreement On The Stamp Paper Of Rs.100 / - ( Rupees One Thousand Only ) The Contract Will Be Valid For 1 Year From The Date Of Agreement Or Further Notice By Jda, Chamaraja Nagar 8.14The Basic Rate Per Month Which The Agency / Company / Service Provider Should Quote For A Calendar Month Of Service. Each Day Being Counted As 12 Hours Of Service, 8.15It Is The Responsibility Of The Service Provider To Pay All Kinds Of Taxes As Per Government Rules On Top Priority. 8.16 The Successful Service Provider Shall Provide Dedicated Vehicle And Should Be Acceptable By Official / Jda, Chamaraja Nagar. In Case Of Contingency The Service Provider Should Have Reserve Vehicle To Deploy At As Per The Requirement. 8.17At The Time Of Agreement The Service Provider Should Submit Original Driving License To The Office Of Jda, Chamaraja Nagar. 8.18The Jda, Chamaraja Nagar Reserves The Right To Increase Or Decrease The Quantum Of Vehicle During The Contract Period .=> Open
