tender for REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF EQUIPMENTS FOR INSIDE/OUTSIDE WORKS DURING 2019-20 , dismantling of all damaged existing insulators of dsl & fixing lof new insulators with proper alignments of dsl angles at its old place and new extended position ( converter bay & slag granulation plant . ) , fixing of insulators with proper size high tensils hex head bolt nuts with double flat washers making proper holes etc . , in wmi cranes . , materials handling: dismantling & shifting of materials such as motors , electrical panels , & any other electrical accessories as and from shop to individual plants after its repair at work shop weight above 100 kg . to 500 kg . , materials handling: dismantling & shifting of materials such as motors , electrical panels , & any other electrical accessories as and from shop to individual plants after its repair at work shopweight above 500 kg . to 1000 kg . , materials handling: dismantling & shifting of materials such as motors , electrical panels , & any other electrical accessories as and from shop to individual plants after its repair at work shop weight above 5 kg to 25 kg . , materials handling: dismantling & shifting of materials such as motors , electrical panels , & any other electrical accessories as and from shop to individual plants after its repair at work shop weight above 25 kg . to 50 kg . , materials handling: dismantling & shifting of materials such as motors , electrical panels , & any other electrical accessories as and from shop to individual plants after its repair at work shop weight above 50 kg . to 100 kg . , opening of smelter esp inspection doors , cleaning of accumulated dust from the collector plates & discharge electrodes . after still air testing , boxing up of the doors providing asbestos rope & pasting lagging compound , for esps , opening of sap mist esp inspection doors , cleaning of all the insulators , alignment of the electrodes or its lbottom guides and any other job of the related components . , mannual rapping of drier & furnace esp as and when required , replacement of smelter esp geared motor/speed reducer along with their sprokets/driving chain/shafts/any other accessories & their alignments ( as and when required ) for both side rapping and electrodes hammer system . , replacement/repair/refixing of esp electrodes , bottom channels , guides etc . in furnace/drier/ mist esp as and when required including gas cutting , welding jobs . , replacement/repair/refixing of tumbler hammers/envils and its accessories . in furnace/drier mist esp as and when required including gas cutting , welding jobs . , replacement/repair/refixing of drop rod & their guide pipes in furnace/drier/ mist esp as and when required including gas cutting , welding jobs . , replacement/repair/refixing of socket insulators/cone insulator support insulators of drier/furnace and mist esp as and when required including gas cutting , welding jobs . , replacement/repair/refixing of socket insulators of drier/ mist esp & inspection doors and their hinges as and when required including gas cutting , welding jobs . , replacement/refixing and proper alignment of esp dust dislodging mechanism of furnace & drier esp . , fabrication , erection & fixing of the structure , platform , cable tray , column etc including pipe line jobs . necessary steel shall be supplied by hcl/icc and necessary painting is under the scope of contractor . , repair , alignment of 75 x 75 x 8 mm dsl power angle/ 50 x 50 x 6 mm cross angle ( dsl & wmi crane ) and their fixing with proper fish plate joints etc .
